The Operator I performs direct fulfillment manufacturing processes to support on-time shipment of high-quality products. This role focuses on manual assembly, functional testing, materials handling, and basic computer-based production tasks in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. The Operator I works efficiently to maximize output while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and security procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manually assemble systems using torque drivers and hardware to predetermined specifications and volumes.
+ Perform functional testing of completed systems according to established work processes and procedures.
+ Pull and stage required materials from flow racks and bin locations to support ongoing production.
