Operator - Finishing Machine

Job Description

Set up and operate various finishing machines including Kolbus perfect binders, Muller Martini saddle stitchers, folding machines, sewing , and Wholemberg gathering machines, cutting machines.

• Set up and configure Automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer and Bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specs and material type.
• Monitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment.
• Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure product meets quality standard.
• Perform routine cleaning, follow the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Identify and escalates mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman or maintenance team.
