**Job Description**

This role involves hands-on operation and oversight of manufacturing processes in a large, clean, and temperature-controlled production environment. You will learn and support all floor operations, help coordinate work priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency. The position is ideal for candidates with a manufacturing or trades background who are comfortable using measuring tools and working with decimals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Learn and perform all floor operations and production processes in a hands-on capacity.
+ Backfill on the production floor as needed to support staffing and operational requirements.
+ Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new team members as required.
