Operations Trainer

We're looking for a proactive and engaging Operational Trainer to support our operational leaders in creating an engaged, skilled and high-performing workforce.

This role is all about coordinating impactful inductions, delivering high-quality training, and ensuring our digital training platforms and skills matrices are up to date and driving performance.

Training delivery will include (but is not limited to) Safe Systems of Work (SSWs), Continuous Improvement Practices (CIPs), product quality standards, and IFS processes.

Induction coordination will include supporting completion of mandatory compliance training, health and safety (including positive H&S conversations), MHE training, medicals, and full site tours.
