Job Description

**Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties, and responsibilities most important for the job)**

+ General Distribution Center work (pick, pack, material handling, induction, IBIOB, etc.)
+ Provide floor training and education on SOP’s and Labor Management Standards to new associates as well as current associates engaged in the cross-training program.
+ Be approachable to answer questions from other employees within their home department regarding the execution of their job responsibilities.
