Job Summary:
The Operations Technology Professional (OTP) provides technical support and operational oversight for restaurant technology systems. This role supports the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of point-of-sale (POS) and related equipment through both on-site and remote support. The OTP also plays a key role in maintaining system reliability, supporting team development, and ensuring adherence to organizational technology standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
+ Provide on-site and remote technical support for POS systems and related restaurant technology.
+ Assist with phone-based support, planned maintenance activities, and training support for operational technology.
