As an Operations Support , you will be in charge of monitoring freight movements and ensuring on‑time delivery across all active shipments. You’ll proactively communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to maintain real‑time visibility, resolve service issues, and uphold customer expectations. Using tools like load boards and Truckertools, you’ll track shipment progress, log key events, and provide accurate updates that support seamless logistics operations and strong carrier performance.
