Operations Support Officer

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will provide operational and administrative support across the business. You will be the go-to for resolving operational and AML/CDD queries, supporting processes, and helping ensure everything runs efficiently and in line with company and regulatory requirements.

• Detail-oriented and naturally organised
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Proactive with the ability to problem solve and use initiative
• Able to build strong relationships across all levels
• Previous experience in finance or a similar support role (preferred but not essential)
