**Job Summary**.
Will provide support in areas such as collections, customer service, research and loan delivery.Also responsible for assisting investors with any interim servicing related issues.
*Handle incoming phone calls from borrowers, Title Companies, Correspondents, Attorney's offices, originating banks, etc. in a timely manner, addressing the callers concerns and following through with a call back if the issue needs further research- Generate and send out Hello Letters on newly purchased loans.
