Job Description
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for booking, supporting our tours and working closely with our suppliers & Director of Operations for a given geographical region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reserving and booking services, supervising the logistics of the tour, supplier relations, cost and quality control, providing operational support to our Tour Directors and checking and processing supplier payments.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier bookings
- Proactively research new suppliers for current and new destinations
- Communicate with sales representatives and product specialist on a regular basis to review itinerary progress /ask questions
- Follow-up with suppliers (post-tour if there are issues after receiving client or Tour Leader’s
evaluation). - Process invoices/Money Request and follow-up with suppliers on any inaccurate invoicing or
credits based on group ...
