Schedule: Flexiblility is required, shift may rotate weekly, we are a 24/7 operations open weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
+ Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated
+ Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved by monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets
+ Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes
+ Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules...
