Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Wiri – Day Shift cold storage products are operated efficiently and effectively to maintain the highest level of service for our customers.

You will be a strong communicator, respond quickly to changing demands and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the leader of health and safety at our Sulphur Point facility.

• Proficient numeracy and analytical skills.
• Ensure all organisational and operational procedures and policies are adhered to.
