Operations Specialist (Fund & Digital Asset Operations) - 12-Month Contract #SgUnitedJobs

This is a 12-month contract position based in Singapore.

• Process fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and other investor transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate exceptions, discrepancies and operational breaks.
• Support NAV review and fund accounting oversight activities.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, fund administrators, transfer agents and other service providers to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Support fund audits, regulatory reporting and fund‑related operational projects.
• Support fund launches, product enhancements and other operational initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
