Vacancy Description
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting plant and control room SCADA systems, OT infrastructure, communication networks, and operational data systems.
- Perform root cause analysis of system failures, communication issues, data quality concerns, and operational incidents.
- Support operations teams in restoring service and resolving OT issues through remote troubleshooting and onsite support as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, maintainability, and operational effectiveness.
- Support lifecycle planning and obsolescence management of SCADA and OT assets.
- Develop and deploy standardized SCADA, HMI, alarm management, reporting, and OT solutions across the fleet.
- Lead or support strategic initiatives aimed at improving reliability, consistency, operational efficiency, maintainability, and cybersecurity.
