Operations & Product Manager | Cape Town

Join a leading luxury travel and touring business as an Operations & Product Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day touring operations, guide and fleet management, guest experience delivery, supplier relationships, and product development.

This role combines operational leadership with product management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and the continuous enhancement of touring offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • 8–10 years' experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury travel, touring operations, and guest service.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, suppliers, and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Western Cape Tourist Guide Certification with PDP advantageous.
