Job Role: Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage order processing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor and optimize last-mile delivery process to ensure timely delivery.
Track and monitor shipments, address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to improve efficiency, speed, and reliability of service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery service providers and third-party logistics vendors.
Evaluate vendor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
