Overview

As an Operations Planning Coordinator, you'll coordinate production, inventory, logistics, and device lifecycle across Njord’s hardware operations. You'll maintain tight control of numbers, timelines, and physical units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts across components, finished units, and returns.
• Build and update weekly production/assembly schedules.
• Track device deployments, replacements, and field logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers for component orders and lead-time management.
• Create internal documentation for processes, checklists, and asset tracking.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical fixes.
• Possibility of travel for factory visits across Asia.
