Operations & Marketing Supervisor

Salary: ₱30,000–₱40,000/month



Job Summary:

Manage daily operations and lead marketing initiatives to ensure efficient client servicing, campaign execution, and team performance.



Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and client requirements

- Coordinate with internal teams and partners

- Lead branding, digital marketing, and content campaigns

- Conduct market research and support product development

- Monitor marketing performance and budgets

- Supervise and develop the team

- Prepare reports and perform other assigned duties



Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and market research
