About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our aerospace maintenance workshops responsible for the repair, servicing, and refurbishment of aircraft cargo containers (ULDs), mealcarts, and related equipment.
Reporting to the Accountable Manager , the Operations Manager will oversee all technical, operational, and quality aspects of workshop activities while ensuring full compliance with Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, people management skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
