8-15+ years' experience in commercial property operations, facilities or property management

Strong industrial and retail property exposure

Experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes and operational compliance

Strong knowledge of facilities management, property operations and governance

Commercial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience
