OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reporting to Managing Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and execution of the company’s workshop operations. As an approved repair organization specializing in the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of aircraft interior components, the company requires the role to oversee production scheduling, manpower and resource management, cost control and regulatory compliance, while driving on‑time delivery, quality and continuous improvement. Acting as a key liaison between customers, suppliers and internal departments, the Operations Manager also develops project plans, quotations and schedules to support both operational delivery and business growth.
