Relevant Industry Experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in construction operations, exposure to swimming pool construction, M&E services, piping and water-treatment systems.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works completed safely on schedule and within budget given and within required quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills to manage site supervisors, project teams, subcontractors and supplier while maintaining effective communication with clients and consultants.
- Good understanding of construction methods, swimming pool systems, piping installations, workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore construction regulations.
