Job Description
- Conduct daily inspections of the entire school compound for cleanliness, security and maintenance;
- Liaise with external vendors including government agencies, contractors and pest control;
- Plan and carry out regular preventive maintenance of facilities including air‑condition servicing, maintenance of painting and cleaning of all facilities in the school;
- Manage external vendors and contractors on‑site maintenance works and their contracts in terms of work completion and thorough cleanliness;
- Handle feedback from Principal and Teachers, and provide prompt responses within the same day;
- Supervise contractors and team of support staff, ensuring their full attendance and to keep proper records of their attendance;
