Operations Manager (Senior)*

* This role supports contingent workforce initiatives and related staffing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities

+ Serve as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted support effort.

+ Act as the primary contractor interface and point of contact for government program authorities on technical, program, and project matters.

+ Oversee execution of contract requirements, deliverables, staffing, reporting, and performance expectations.

+ Manage acquisition and employment of program and project resources to meet mission needs.

+ Coordinate team priorities, task assignments, schedules, action items, and deliverable status.

+ Monitor contract performance and proactively identify staffing, schedule, quality, and execution risks.
