Operations Manager
Your Mission
Reporting directly to the General Manager and in matrix line to the Regional Operations Director, the Operations Manager will be responsible for developing the Puratos business towards Operational Excellence. As a Change Manager, (s)he ensures the continuous focus of the Operations organization, its structures and processes on the customer. (S)he will define and execute a Technical Master Plan to ensure the sustainable growth of all Operations activities in line with country and Regional plan.
As a People Manager, (s)he continuously develops the necessary skills and capabilities of the teams, at all levels of Operation, in order to build up a self‑learning and engaged World Class...
