Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards, and safety practices
• Track and drive performance metrics such as efficiency, productivity, scrap, and on-time delivery
• Ensure proper release of finished goods by validating quality prior to shipment
• Analyze production issues and deploy corrective actions
• Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable standards (quality and safety)
• Provide reporting, insights, and escalation of key issues to leadership
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and 5S
• Partner with cross-functional teams
