In a demanding and constantly changing context, the Operations Manager is in charge of all the support and back‑office activities (inventory, maintenance, aftersales, cash, admin and security) for the Fashion & Watches & Fine Jewelry Twin Boutique. Combining strong leadership, team spirit, a passion for fashion and an analytical mind, the Operations Manager contributes directly to optimizing the boutique’s results in respect of the commercial strategy and the house’s image. Organized, curious and attentive, the Operations Manager works closely with the team and promotes collaboration and results, helping make Chanel the ultimate reference in luxury.
