Job Description
Reporting directly into the Senior Operations Manager - London & South Region, you will be responsible for translating operational plans into effective on-site delivery while leading teams, managing stakeholders, and maintaining service standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day delivery of workplace and facilities services, ensuring consistent service standards and operational excellence. Ensure full compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, statutory requirements, and ISS policies. Implement operational plans and priorities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager - London & South Region.
