Operations manager - limpopo - farming & packing software

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to become the driving force behind the day-to-day running of our client's farming and packhouse software business. This person will bring structure, accountability and clear communication across the organisation, ensuring that projects, client commitments and internal priorities are delivered efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within the packhouse, fresh produce or farming industry , combined with experience in a software or Saa S environment . They'll understand the operational challenges faced by agricultural businesses while also being comfortable working alongside product, development and customer-facing teams.
