Team Lead / Manager – Operations (Night Shift)
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Operations to oversee our night shift team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Supervise, mentor, and support a large team, ensuring performance targets are met
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports
- Analyze data using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, etc.)
