Your Tasks Manage and coordinate all operational activities including Field Services to ensure projects are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints. Plan, manage, and monitor resources, production schedules, and capacity utilization. Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency. Ensure optimal performance of equipment through preventative maintenance and process improvements. Manage commissioning of new equipment and train personnel for effective operation. Ensure full compliance with company health, safety and quality systems in accordance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with EXCO to develop and manage the annual operational budget while monitoring financial performance, operational costs, and productivity metrics to ensure sustained profitability.
