Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Property Operations Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of approximately 25 commercial, retail and industrial properties Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest operational standards Conduct regular property inspections across the portfolio Identify operational risks and implement corrective action Ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and tenant-focused Maintenance & Facilities Management Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance Manage contractors and service providers Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) Ensure preventative maintenance programmes are implemented Oversee repairs, refurbishments and minor capital projects Tenant & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with tenants Resolve tenant queries and operational issues promptly Liaise with landlords, suppliers and service providers Support tenant retention through excellent service delivery Financial & Operational Control Assist with operational budgets and expenditure...
