Job Description

• Lead and oversee the company's daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence across all locations.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure all branches/stores comply with company standards and procedures.
• Review performance of Head Region and provide evaluation, feedback, and improvement direction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and achieve company objectives.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Analyze operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
• Establish, review, and improve operational systems, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
