Operations Manager

Overview

The Operations Manager – Field Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing all Field Clinical Coordinators (FCCs) nationwide while remaining actively involved in field execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes training FCCs, supporting device installations, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across the U.S. Extensive travel is required. Key Responsibilities

Field Team Leadership

Manage, coach, and support FCCs across the U.S.

Lead onboarding and training of new FCC hires

Conduct regular field visits and provide performance feedback

Act as escalation point for complex operational or customer issues

Installation, Training & Field Support

Lead and support RPM device installations, setup, and validation

Train nurses and care teams on device usage, workflows, and best practices
