Responsibilities include managing the location's operations while implementing appropriate Cintas policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing the team; managing the overall performance of the operation; providing leadership; dealing with customer service and operational issues; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving location goals; managing a budget; establishing immediate and long-range goals and objectives; training team members on company safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations and emphasizing a culture of safety.
