Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Hexagon Robotics is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers.

We are a team of roughly 90 people. We move fast, build in-house, and are preparing for first commercial sales. That growth creates real organisational load- legal paperwork, contractor onboarding, facilities, finance admin, tool access, and a dozen other things that need to happen reliably so that engineers, sales, and operations can focus on the work that moves the product forward.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to own the backbone of how this organisation runs day to day- and, once the basics are solid, to help us identify where we can do all of it better.
