Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements, KPIs, and operational standards.Lead and supervise a team of technical staff, supervisors, and service personnel to support daily operations and maintenance activities.Manage both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services to ensure building functionality, operational efficiency, and service excellence.Oversee the operation and maintenance of building M&E systems, including electrical, ACMV, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, and Building Management Systems (BMS).Review contractors' method statements, risk assessments, and work schedules to ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational requirements.Plan, monitor, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, including ad-hoc repairs, emergency rectification, and improvement works.Coordinate with co...
