Job Purpose

The Operations Manager is responsible for providing inspired leadership for the operation, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and analyzing and improving organizational processes to improve quality, productivity and efficiency. The role also ensures recruiting, budgeting, marketing and sales goals are achieved throughout the restaurants, plans and monitors budget, and ensures Restaurant Managers and Floor Managers adhere to cost guidelines.
