Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure all departments are running efficiently and in alignment with company objectives.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Partners and senior leadership team, acting as the central point of coordination across all functions of the business. This role requires exceptional follow-up skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously across different countries and time zones.
