Co-ordinate with PPC for daily production planning of cells.
Ensure all shop floors follow Personnel and Machine Safety standards.
Daily interactions with customer & representatives to ensure customer is having 2 days coverage of materials
Monitoring & Review of Hourly / daily production of cells as per target with Team leaders & Group leaders
Work with various departments to resolve production 4M loss issues which affect productivity & target of cells
Drive continues improvements projects to achieve plant productivity, CI targets & quality targets
Quality focus on shop floor i.e. review daily cell level rejection, defects, and customer complaints. Drive team for proper root cause analysis & actions
Active participation for feasibility and risk assessment in new ECN & projects
Managing a team of 800 teams which includes union workman, engineers, team leaders & Group leaders
