Operations Manager, Cardiff, £50,000+ (DOE) – We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a highly regarded Military Department. You will join an expert legal team dedicated to supporting service personnel and veterans. JOB REF:4024.

THE ROLE

• You will ensure that the firm’s legal teams are fully supported, well‑coordinated and able to deliver consistently high‑quality outcomes for clients.
• You will be responsible for producing and interpreting management information to support decision‑making, monitoring workload distribution and supporting resource planning and supporting onboarding, training and development across the department.
• Acting as a key link between legal teams and business support functions such as HR, IT and Finance.
