Operations Manager (Calgary)

Rentokil Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and develop a team of service technicians.
• Help achieve sales and revenue goals, client loyalty, and retention.
• Ensure the team provides exceptional service to clients.
• Manage daily operations of pest control technicians with a focus on superior customer service.
• Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Manage basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel daily throughout the territory, visiting clients, assisting pest technicians, and partnering closely with the sales team on business development.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required.
