Operations Manager

Amadora is a premium artisanal ice cream brand, made from scratch in Chennai since 2011. We're growing fast across South India — and we're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to own our store network across three states.
The role
You'll lead operations for

20 franchise & company-owned stores

across Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Brand standards, same-store sales growth, franchisee relationships, inter-state cold chain, and the people who run our floors — all of it runs through you. You'll report to the Head of Operations and be Amadora's senior presence on the ground in the region.
You're a strong fit if you have
6–10 years in multi-store retail, F&B, QSR or franchise operations
A track record managing geographically spread locations and P&L levers
The relationship skills to hold franchisees accountable and keep the partnership strong
Comfort with heavy travel across three states
Working proficiency in Kannada and/or Telugu (a real...
