ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager supporting our AI and Large Language Model (LLM) programs, you will join a global team of subject-matter experts and diverse leaders across a wide range of disciplines. You will own the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of client-facing AI data operations in one of the fastest-moving sectors in technology.
This is a fast-paced, technology-driven environment that rewards speed, standardization, and an AI-native operations mindset. You will be expected to drive efficiency as the default operating mode, with reactive problem-solving reserved only for genuine exceptions.
