OPERATIONS MANAGER with experience in ABATTOIR, MEAT PROCESSING OR FOOD PRODUCTION Industry experience - ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong knowledge of MEAT PROCESSING, CARCASS UTILIZATION & YIELD MANAGEMENT * Stock Control Systems & Production Software * Sound knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety Standard DUTIES: * Manage Day to Day Operations * Supervise & Train Staff * Ensure Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations * Optimize Production Processes * Maintain Quality Contro9l Standards * Implement & Oversee Maintenance Shcedules
