Responsiblefor planning, organising, and directing the activities of the Centres.Oversees leasing contracts, procuresservices, handles third party service contracts, and directs maintenanceprocedures.Ensures that all buildings,grounds, and equipment are well maintained and in optimal workingcondition.Develops and implementsdepartmental policies and procedures and ensures that all operations are inaccordance with established health and safety regulations.Ensures that services purchased are of acceptablequality and follow the procurement policy. Keeps Senior Management wellinformed of area activities and significant problems.Trains, directs, and appraises assignedpersonnel.
