Operations Lead, MSSP Delivery — Hybrid & Customer-Focused

DEFEND is seeking an Operations Lead, Service Delivery to own delivery health across managed services for NZ clients. You will act as the primary operational contact, translating customer priorities into actionable delivery improvements, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are proactively managed.
