Operations Lead

The Operations Lead is responsible for supporting the management, development, and execution of specific programs/portfolios within NavieGo, the Patient Programs division of BioScript Solutions. This role oversees a team of direct reports while ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives. It collaborates closely with the Program Manager to drive operational excellence, foster team engagement, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
