About the Program
Transdev is seeking a motivated intern for an immersive, eight-week rotational program designed to build the next generation of transit operations leaders. Working directly alongside senior leadership, general managers, and department heads, the intern will gain hands-on exposure to every facet of running a transportation division, from daily dispatch and safety compliance to maintenance, finance, and business development.
What You'll Do
In the first week, the intern is introduced to the organization through meetings with the Senior Vice President, the local management team, the client, and HR, alongside onboarding essentials like payroll systems, compliance training, and IT setup.
