Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update operational records and performance-related documentation.
- Assist in managing and maintaining Google Forms and Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities for different projects.
- Monitor and maintain schedule tracking to ensure proper operational alignment.
- Assist in tracking login hours and productivity reports for assigned projects.
- Support the team in preparing daily operational statistics and performance updates.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across Excel sheets, Google Workspace, and internal reports.
- Assist with data collection, validation, and documentation for operational reviews.
- Work with operational tools and platforms such as CRM systems (Salesforce, Dialpad, Vonage, etc.) for reporting and tracking purposes.
